We are looking for RNs, CNAs, CMAs and LPNs to provide compassionate care to our patients.
REGISTERED NURSE
Variety of units including:
- Medical
- Post-Surgical
- Telemetry/Cardiac
- Emergency Department
- Home Care/Hospice
Job Details:
- Weekend only options with a premium rate, $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees; $5,000 referral bonus – once you are hired and if we hire a friend that said you referred them.
- (Up to) $4,000 tuition reimbursement every year.
- Excellent medical, dental, vision benefits plus paid time off
- Starting pay is based on prior RN experience plus $4 additional per hour for evening or night shift and an additional $2 per hour for all weekend shifts
CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
Variety of units including:
- Medical
- Post-Surgical
- Telemetry/Cardiac
- Emergency Department
Job Details:
- Weekend only options available with a premium rate.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT / LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Variety of clinics including:
- All clinics within Practice Management covering nine Illinois counties
- Primarily day shift with 8-hour shifts for full-time employment.
- Walk-in clinics can vary with some weekend hours and requirements.
- $3,000 sign-on bonus for CMA full-time employees; $1,500 referral bonus – once you are hired and if we hire a friend that said you referred them.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for LPN full-time employees; $2,500 referral bonus – once you are hired and if we hire a friend that said you referred them.
- (Up to) $4,000 tuition reimbursement every year.

Starting pay is based on experience. A new CMA will start around $17.79. A new LPN will start around $20.59.
