SBL Community

Our staff loves to celebrate hospital week, which coincides with our anniversary, and each year many of them jump at the chance to be involved in a video. In 2024 we featured our own version of Neil Diamond's Sweet Caroline. In 2023 we assembled a Sarah Bush Lincoln house band to perform our own version of Country Roads. The video showcased more than 20 departments and clinics throughout our service area. We also host an annual employee softball tournament, and we participate in commuity parades throughout our region. Another community favorite is Night of Lights, a free event celebrating the opening of the much-loved holiday light display at the main campus. Staff members and their families and community members come out for drinks and snacks and a chance to meet Santa, Mrs. Claus.
