Compensation and Benefits
Sarah Bush Lincoln has a reputation of setting the standard for compensation. Employed-medical staff members are compensated in a variety of ways depending on the specialty and what the market will bear.
Our primary care and specialty care physicians and advanced practice providers are compensated on a product relative value unit (RVU). Essentially, wages are based on the amount of work performed with a salary guarantee for the first two years while the practice is established.
Physicians who do not have a patient base, such as Emergency Medicine and Anesthesiology, receive a salary.
Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers receive a full complement of benefits.
